Service notice
Terms of Service and operator information
Terms and operator information for this free game service.
Effective: October 9, 2026
Operator and contact
Wrath of Cluck is operated by the individual developer 이충헌 (lodado).
For service, account, or privacy questions, use the email below.
Service and payments
People under 13 may also use the service. Under 13, Google, Apple and email sign-in are not offered, and on devices under 16 or that have not answered, consent-based PostHog analytics and email/password sign-in are not offered. For this we ask for a birth year once and save only the age band on the device (Privacy Policy section 8). There is no separate guardian-consent process or parental-control features. The service is currently a free game. It offers no subscriptions, real-money purchases, in-app purchases, paid goods, or refundable goods. In-game credits cannot be bought with or exchanged for cash. In-game purchases and refunds change credits under the displayed game rules; they are not cash refunds. There is currently no real-money payment to cancel or paid subscription to terminate. Any future paid feature will be separately announced and obtain required consent before activation.
In-game credits and items are a license to use them inside the game only; they have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred to anyone else. If nothing is saved for one year after the last save, the profile and its credits and items are deleted under Privacy Policy section 7. If we end the service, credits and items end with it, and we announce this in the game and on the website from 30 days before.
Rights and account deletion
Even without signing in, guest game profiles and progress are saved on the server. Sign-in is optional for continuing on another device; items and currency earned in offline practice are not saved.
Guests can use Delete account in settings to remove their guest server profile and credentials. Deleting a signed-in account removes that account’s server profile, device links, reward records and its cache on this device. Other guests’ and accounts’ progress and separately retained daily, vote, shared-link and raid online records follow the privacy policy’s deletion and retention boundaries. Apple accounts require reauthentication and authorization revocation; if that fails, data stays intact and you may retry or contact us.
Rights required by law, including withdrawal, access, correction, and deletion rights, are not limited. Requests are handled by email and may require minimal information to verify the request.
Restrictions and appeals
Do not access another person’s account or data, interfere with the service, automate or tamper with it, cheat, or break the law. If an operational restriction is applied, you may ask us to review it by email with the relevant context.
If such conduct is confirmed, we may restrict use step by step: removing ranking records, revoking improperly obtained rewards, suspending use for a set period, or terminating the account. Where possible we tell you the reason and duration in the game or by email; in urgent cases such as security threats or harm to other users, we restrict first and tell you afterwards. We answer appeals by email after review. You can end the agreement at any time by deleting your account.
Board and user content
The website has a free board and a public Q&A board. Anyone can read them without signing in. Only signed-in accounts can write posts and comments; who can sign in follows the age rules in “Service and payments” above. Posts, comments and nicknames are public and may be indexed by search engines. The Privacy Policy (sections 4 and 7) explains the information processed and its retention.
Each post and comment is the author’s responsibility. Do not post unlawful information, content that infringes someone else’s copyright, likeness, reputation or other rights, or content that contains personal information of yourself or others (names, contact details, account details). Do not post links or promotional content; the service rejects posts that contain links.
You allow the operator to use what you post as far as needed to display it on the service. Copyright stays with the author, and this permission ends when you delete the post or your account is deleted.
We may hide or delete posts and comments that break these terms or the law. A post or comment reported by three different accounts is hidden automatically, and hidden content is kept so that the operator can review it. To ask for removal, for example because of a rights infringement, send the post’s address and your reason to the email below. If you disagree with an action, you can ask for a review by email under “Restrictions and appeals”.
Intellectual property
The game name, code, art, music, and other content belong to the operator or their respective rights holders. Use of the service does not transfer ownership. Applicable open-source and third-party licenses, and uses permitted by law, remain subject to their respective terms.
Privacy and third parties
The privacy policy explains processed information and retention. Vercel hosts the website and API; Supabase stores online game data. Sign-in and diagnostics may involve Google, Apple, or Sentry, whose policies may also apply. The website shows no ads; ads in the iOS app follow the app terms and the app privacy policy. We do not claim to provide guardian mode.
- Support requests may include the sender address, message content, and optional attachments. We retain support correspondence for one year after resolution for follow-up support, then manually delete it; deletion requests may be sent to the contact below.
- Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, or secret keys in a support request.
Changes and responsibility
When these terms change, we update the effective date and announce the change in the game and on the website from 7 days before it takes effect, or from 30 days before for changes adverse to users, and obtain any required consent first. If you do not agree to a change, you can stop using the service by deleting your account. If we end the service, we announce it from 30 days before. We operate with reasonable care but do not guarantee uninterrupted service when networks, devices, or third parties fail. Responsibility that cannot legally be limited, and users’ mandatory rights, remain unaffected.
Governing law and venue
To the extent permitted by mandatory law, Korean law governs and disputes are handled by the court with jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing limits mandatory rights or venues.
